We are a small group of ice cream artisans, united by a passion for tradition and authentic taste.

It all started in 2021, when Giuseppe and Danny decided to turn their love for ice cream into a new adventure. Giuseppe, with his 50 years of experience in producing ice cream, has chosen not to retire,
but to continue creating with the same dedication as always.

In the heart of Trentino Alto Adige, we use local ingredients to create ice creams that tell stories of true and genuine flavours.
From the freshness of the fruit to the creaminess of our creams, every taste is a journey into taste.

We offer ice creams that go beyond the ordinary: from classics to gourmet surprises, with options for everyone from vegans
to lovers of sugar-free desserts. We are here to amaze and delight, bringing our passion for artisanal ice cream
not only in Italy, but also across the border.

When

In 2021, we started an extraordinary adventure: to open our own handmade ice cream production. We wanted to create a handmade product, just like in the old days, that would bring the true taste of traditional ice cream back to our consumers' palates,
As of 2022, our contract manufacturing workshop is officially operational, ready to serve other businesses with the same passion and dedication.

Why

The decision came from a combination of passion and experience.
Giuseppe, with his 50 years of experience in the ice cream sector
was approaching retirement, but he was not yet ready to leave the job he loved. He felt he could still give so much and wanted to use his vast knowledge to create something unique. 
In addition, the difficulties in sourcing high-quality ice cream for our premises - incomplete orders and unsatisfactory delivery times - prompted us to take on this challenge.
We wanted to offer a complete service and superior quality, a product that was missing in the market.

Where

We chose Trentino Alto Adige as the place of production for a very specific reason: the quality of the primary materials.
Here we find the finest milk and excellent ingredients that allow us to produce superior ice cream.
Our laboratory, located in the heart of this region, benefits from the best that nature has to offer,
making our ice cream authentic and unrivalled.

How

Our production method is very simple but strict.

We use only the best products available, favouring those with zero-kilometre and local origin.
Most of our ice cream is made exclusively with raw materials from Trentino Alto Adige, which are completely natural. We do not use artificial flavourings, preservatives or chemical agents. Our ice cream is pure nature transformed into a delicious taste experience.

The future

We look to the future with enthusiasm and determination.
Our project is growing and we are already seeing the first fruits of our work.
We intend to expand production, while remaining faithful to our artisanal roots. We will continue to make everything by hand, following the traditional method of Italian ice cream.
Our goal is to expand not only throughout Italy, but also abroad.
We have already started to make our ice cream known in Austria and we aim to reach Germany and Switzerland, bringing our passion and commitment beyond the borders.
